Positioned on a sawhorse shape base, the freestanding vanity unit is topped with a Corian surface, making it durable, stain resistant and soft to touch while preventing the build-up of bacteria. Made using either Canaletto walnut, oak, or wenge, the fully customizable vanity piece can include a sink and be accompanied by a tray, shelf, towel hook, set of soft-close drawers and a rectangular, rotating mirror. In addition to the vanity element, the new collection also delivers a freestanding tub, which is also lined with Corian, angularly cut to create an elevated area for stretching and relaxing, with the option of a leather headrest. | Olmen Farmhouse Covered With Terracotta-Colored Tiles Posted: 22 Dec 2015 05:39 AM PST Terracotta-colored tiles clad this house Olmen on Belgian farmland, designed by architect Pascal François to match the region’s traditional agricultural architecture. Glass and copper boxes protrude from the seamless tile cladding, creating bays and balconies. Oak-framed windows are also set into the facade. The circular openings in the walls of the linking passage give glimpses into the old brick and timber barn, which has been repaired and converted into a garage and log shed. The interior décor is minimalist and chic with some luxurious touches like marble surfaces in the kitchen. A long panoramic window runs along one side of the dining room, facing out across a bed of lavender to a new stable block with an asymmetric metal roof. A large guest suite in the basement is lit by a series of large porthole-shaped skylights and has access to the garden via a red brick well.
